Working with horses is his passion. It was clear to Ullrich Kasselmann from an early age that he wanted to make this passion his profession. He learned his equestrian craft under the renowned hippologist Hans-Joachim Köhler in Verden, where Kasselmann was a successful auction rider for over 18 years. Prominent dressage riders such as Harry Boldt, Bubi Günther and Willy Schultheiß shaped him and gave him the tools to train horses up to Grand Prix level. Kasselmann is an expert par excellence and an internationally recognised horseman who has been awarded the German FN's Rider's Cross in Gold.

Bianca Kasselmann also discovered her passion for horses at a young age. Connected to equestrian sport from childhood, the successful professional rider is a respected expert in the equestrian world. She met her husband Ullrich at the Köhler stables in Verden. Still the German Champion in show jumping in 1980, it was through him that she discovered her love for dressage and "switched saddles" – with great success: numerous victories and placings at Grand Prix level and the title of German Professional Rider Champion speak for themselves.

With the hippological grounding provided by his parents, Francois Kasselmann had a love of horses instilled in him from the very beginning. The son of the two equestrian experts, himself successful at European Championship level, is actively involved in the training and sales on the farm and has taken over the management of the business in recent years. It was through equestrian sport – more precisely during their training years with Paul Schockemöhle – that Francois and Diana met, and since then horses have also shaped their family life. Diana is an important organisational pillar at the P.S.I. Auction and can still be found in the show jumping saddle from time to time.
